This guide is to show you how to amend the contract end dates for an employee and also how to set email notifications advising that a contract end date or leaving date is approaching.

  1. Log in as an administrator
  2. Select the desired employee from the directory

 
3. Their summary page would look something like this


4. Go to Terms of Employment tab in the green ribbon

Here the admin can change the end dates for
• Contract Expiry
• Probation Period
• Employment End date

There are email notifications for:
• Contract expiry date approaching
• Employment End date approaching

Notification emails for the above are sent automatically to both the Employee and their Time Off Approver.

There are email notifications for:
• Probation period ending

Notification emails for the above are sent automatically to both the Employee and their Time Off Approver, as well as the Primary Admin and the Employee's direct manager

These mails can be sent on the day of the event, or they can be scheduled to be sent in advance, either:
 • 1 day prior
• 1 week prior
• 1 Month Prior
• 3 Months Prior

5. Additional email addresses can be added in the Email CC box at the bottom of the screen

As always, please ensure you press Submit to capture any changes you have made
