How to delete a CPD item.

  • Select CPD from the black ribbon.
  • Select Mange CPD from the green ribbon.
  • Note there is no delete option for the CPD item we wish to delete.
  • Run a report to see who is assigned this CPD item.
  • 1. Select Reports from the black ribbon.
  • 2. Select CPD from the green ribbon.
  • 3. Select Downloads on the left.
  • 4. Select specific CPD item 
  • 5. Download the Employee Summary Report
  • Check the report to see which employees are assigned this CPD Item
  • Select CPD from the black ribbon.
  • With MY CPD automatically selected on the green ribbon, select the employee required in the drop down list. (Adrian in our example)
  • Select Remove for the required CPD item from our chosen employees. 
  • Once the CPD item has been removed from all employees, select 'Mange CPD' from the green ribbon.
  • Note there is now a delete option for the CPD item we wish to delete.
  • Select Delete and note the CPD item is deleted.
  • The deleted CPD item cannot be searched on.
